Elyse Lappano

Elyse is a disability services professional with more than 15 years of experience working directly with disabled populations; and training support personnel across North America using an embodied perspective and applied approach. Her passion for informing systemic change led to the launch of Lappano Howe Consulting; advocating for dignified, authentic engagement of disabled groups in their communities, and helping organizations move beyond tokenistic engagement to create more inclusive spaces. 

  

Elyse’s background in disability service provision allows her to approach her role as Manager, Student Information & Services at Brock University in a way that is equitable and ensures policies and operations are accessible.
