Dean Stoyka

Dean Stoyka is the Head Winemaker at Stratus Vineyards in Niagara-on-the-Lake. With over 15 years at Stratus, Dean has held roles from Lab Technician to Vineyard Manager. A graduate of Niagara College’s Wine and Viticulture program, he is known for precision viticulture, sustainable practices, and a forward-thinking approach to winemaking.
