Launched in 2004, Niagara 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Awards program has become one of the region’s most anticipated annual events, celebrating young leaders making a difference in their fields and communities.
Over more than two decades, the program has recognized 800+ professionals, each leaving a unique mark on Niagara’s economic, cultural, and social development. From entrepreneurs and executives to educators, healthcare workers, and community advocates, recipients exemplify excellence and leadership.

On May 29, 2025, Business Link Media Group proudly celebrated the 22nd edition of the Niagara 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Awards at Holiday Inn in St.Catharines. The gala recognized 40 outstanding young professionals for their remarkable contributions to Niagara's business and community sectors.
The evening welcomed over 300 attendees, including dignitaries, past winners, and proud supporters. The highlight of the event was the presentation of the Alumni Impact Award to Madam Justice Leanne E. Standrykl and the Best in Class Award to Lindsey Mazza.
This annual tradition continues to honor the exceptional talent shaping Niagara’s future, with 880 individuals recognized since its inception in 2004.
