Denise Horne

Denise Horne is Manager of Heritage and Policy Planning at NPG Planning Solutions and a respected voice in Niagara’s heritage planning field. From 2015 to 2023, she served as Heritage Planner for Niagara-on-the-Lake, helping preserve the town’s iconic historical landscape. With over 10 years in heritage conservation, Denise actively mentors emerging planners and serves on advisory boards supporting education and heritage.
