Justin Duc

Justin Duc, co-founder of oddBird and oddBar, started cooking at 15 while growing up on a family farm in Niagara-on-the-Lake. After earning a BBA from Brock and cooking across Canada, he returned home and became head chef at Tide and Vine. There, he met business partner Scott White, and the duo launched oddBird in 2017. The restaurant is now internationally recognized, named Canada’s 85th best by Canada’s 100 Best, with growing acclaim and success
