Scott White

Scott White is the chef and co-owner of oddBird and oddBar in Niagara. A Niagara College Culinary graduate, his journey includes kitchens like Toqué and Martin Picard’s Sugar Shack. In 2017, he opened oddBird, later named one of Canada’s top 100 restaurants. Known for bold, seasonal cuisine, Scott continues to shape Canada’s dining scene.
