Amandipp is a social entrepreneur and accessibility advocate whose experience with partial blindness fuels his mission to break systemic barriers for people with disabilities. With 12+ years of grassroots work, he has helped design solutions across education, employment, and technology. In 2024, he founded Enabled Talent, an AI-powered platform reshaping inclusive hiring, and in 2025 launched Enabled Africa through the UNICEF Startup Lab. Today, he leads a team building systems that don’t just accommodate difference but thrive on it.
