Marcel Tavares

Marcel, alongside business partner Joseph McIntyre, opened T.M.A. Balancing Inc. in October 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic. After the birth of his twin boys, he recognized the growing importance of airflow and ventilation in shared spaces. Today, T.M.A. Balancing serves customers nationwide, providing air and hydronic balancing for schools, hospitals, and medical offices to ensure safe, properly functioning environments. Marcel and Joseph also support local youth through the Hamilton Ballers Association, remaining committed to giving back to their community.
