Mary-Anne Damerchie

Mary-Anne began her banking career while attending university and became an independent mortgage broker in 2021 at just 24. Specializing in residential, commercial, mixed-use, construction, and private mortgage financing, she delivers expert solutions with 5-star service. Passionate about financial literacy, Mary-Anne created personal finance curriculum material for grades 4–8 that she teaches in local schools. A former Chair of the WIN Committee (West End Home Builders' Association), she also volunteers through her brokerage with Food for Kidz and the Eva Rothwell Centre and coaches youth soccer with Mount Hamilton Youth SC.
