Ornella Marinic

Ornella is a Clinical Therapist, Registered Social Worker, and Registered Nurse with over a decade of experience in healthcare, social services, and advocacy. She holds degrees in Sociology, Nursing, and International Development, and a Master of Social Work focused on women’s mental health and postpartum care. Ornella founded Ornella Marinic Therapy Practice and co-founded Femme International, a nonprofit addressing menstrual inequity in East Africa. In 2024, she received the Meritorious Service Cross for her leadership in women’s mental health and gender equity.
