Queenette Martins 

Queenette is an Account Manager at FirstOntario, providing business advisory services that go beyond transactional banking. With over a decade in banking, nonprofit leadership, and community development, she helps entrepreneurs grow through tailored strategies and connections to vital resources. Queenette also serves on the boards of StarCrest for Women in Africa Foundation, BlkOwned, and Dare to Be Youth, advancing women’s empowerment, Black entrepreneurship, and youth leadership. Passionate about financial empowerment as a catalyst for change, she is dedicated to fostering inclusive growth and lasting community impact.
