Victor Paletta

Victor has been a career firefighter for over five years, serving in two departments. Seeing a gap for aspiring firefighters, he founded the Victorious Firefighter Online Community to provide guidance and mentorship. While with his first department, he co-created Red Platoon Runs, a 20 km charity run that raised over $5,000 for First Nations initiatives addressing unmarked graves. Before firefighting, Victor spent over 20 years teaching martial arts and launched a high school anti-bullying and self-defence program focused on confidence and resilience. He also supports “HorsePower 4 the Hospital,” an annual exotic car event raising funds for Joseph Brant Hospital.
