Del Rollo is a 25-year veteran of the Canadian wine industry, beginning his career as the opening manager of the award-winning Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate Winery before overseeing all Arterra Wines Canada wineries nationwide. He later transitioned into corporate affairs, leading industry and government relations and serving on key boards, including Wine Growers Canada (Chair), Wine Growers Ontario (Past Chair), and Food and Beverage Canada. A former Chair of Niagara College’s Board, Del has been instrumental in guiding Ontario’s evolving alcohol retail landscape and advancing national advocacy for Canada’s wine sector.

Brent Larocque is an Ontario Land Surveyor, Ontario Land Information Professional, and President of the Hamilton and District Regional Group. With a B.Sc. from the University of Toronto, he leads the Cadastral Survey division and has implemented major GIS and surveying technology innovations. Brent manages complex land development projects, provides expert-witness services, and has overseen significant work including the retracement survey of Niagara’s water-tunnel system.
