Adrian grew up in Niagara and earned his degree in economics from the University of Toronto. An entrepreneur at heart, he launched Rentals 101 and has spent over a decade revitalizing the local student rental market. In 2009, Adrian became a realtor and later founded Advisors Realty & Consulting. In 2014, he expanded into hospitality with Kully’s Original Sports Bar. A dedicated community supporter, he also volunteers with KidSport Niagara and local sports organizations.

Born in the U.K. and raised in Canada, Angela took a major life leap by moving across the world at age 16. A Georgian College business graduate, she has built a strong career in business administration across multiple industries. Angela joined Brand Blvd in 2010 and quickly advanced, taking on senior leadership roles that fostered her strengths in team building, coaching and operations. She sits on the Wise Girls Committee and proudly calls Niagara home.

Born and raised in St. Catharines, Brandon earned an honours marketing co-op degree from Brock University. In 2014, he married his wife Kristen and ran for city council, where he became runner-up in the St. Catharines municipal election. Brandon is the marketing and Canadian sales manager for Wirtz Beverages Ontario, working closely with local bars and restaurants. He also leads the Cocktail in a Box program and remains connected to the Niagara community through volunteer initiatives.

Raised in St. Catharines, Cameron holds a degree in chemical engineering from McMaster University and extensive experience in the chemical industry. Cameron spent three years at Whiting Equipment Canada as a process engineer before moving to Cytec Canada as a project engineer. He has contributed to the start-up and commissioning of chemical processing equipment across North America. Passionate about innovation, Cameron is committed to improving technology within the Niagara manufacturing sector and is active in community groups and volunteering initiatives.

As the director of rehabilitation and business development at Hotel Dieu Shaver Health and Rehabilitation Centre, David Ceglie has led improvements in patient care through strategic planning and innovation. With over a decade of leadership experience, David has contributed significantly to the hospital’s rehabilitation model, helping expand and implement new health programs. He is recognized for his mentorship and dedication to developing future leaders in the field

Eric joined United Way Niagara in 2009 and is currently the campaign manager. He works closely with volunteers and donors, leading a passionate team that has helped raise more than $19 million for the community. Eric actively supports NEXTNiagara, Leadership Niagara, and minor-league lacrosse, and co-founded Priceless Niagara. In 2014, he received the Volunteer of the Year Award from the Greater Niagara Chamber of Commerce for his contributions to youth and community growth.

At age 23, Jeff travelled to Taiwan to teach English. At 27, he returned home and entered the real estate industry. To better understand commission sales, he began selling cars, working his way up for more than a decade. This experience sharpened his business acumen and technical skills. Jeff eventually returned to real estate and brought that expertise with him. His strong relationship-building and negotiation skills helped him become one of the top producers at Royal LePage Niagara.

Born in St. Catharines, Jordan completed his undergraduate degree in business administration at the Brock University Goodman School of Business. After working for his father’s firm during school, Jordan realized how rewarding financial planning could be. He became an entrepreneur with Gadula Financial Planning, specializing in personal finance, insurance, and long-term investment strategy for families and individuals. Jordan’s dedication to clients and strong business ethic has helped him grow the firm while supporting numerous charitable causes and local fundraising campaigns.

Marcie Clarkson is the sales manager for Heart of Niagara Hotels, and the first female president in the 92-year history of JCI St. Catharines. She also serves as the 2015/2016 secretary for Rotary South in St. Catharines. In her spare time, Marcie dedicates herself to various community causes with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters. She is also a founding committee member of Wise Girls, supporting the Wise Guys Charity Fund. A lifelong Niagara resident, she is passionate about the growth and future of the region.

With over a decade of experience in real estate, Melanie formed the Boardwalk Realty Inc. real estate brokerage. Her education includes degrees from Algonquin College, the University of Toronto, and the Ontario Real Estate Association. Melanie is involved in her community through volunteerism and is director of community development with JCI St. Catharines. She was named “Rookie of the Year” in 2014 and consistently volunteers with local charities and organizations.

Ryan’s entrepreneurial career began at Brock University, where he attended as a President’s Award–winning student and entrepreneur. He has received national recognition for his service and performance, including State Farm Canada’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award and McLean’s Magazine’s National Top 30 Under 30 Award. In 2008, Ryan opened his own agency, Ryan Boese State Farm, which now serves more than 1,000 households across Niagara and Ontario. He offers life, disability, and critical illness insurance, as well as investment products and employee benefits, delivering a full-service experience to clients.

Dr. Scott Macpherson was born in St. John’s, Newfoundland, where he attended Memorial University and earned a bachelor of science in biochemistry and a bachelor of education degree. He completed his chiropractic training at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2009. Dr. Macpherson began his clinical work in Dublin, Ireland, before moving to Niagara Region in 2009. He and his wife, Dr. Tala Spencer-Yap, started the ProActive Centre, which has grown into a diverse team offering chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, athletic therapy, and personal training.

Born in St. Catharines, Stephen is a Sir Winston Churchill alumnus and former “Athlete of the Year” recognized for his accomplishments in hockey and an entrepreneurial spirit. Stephen completed his business degree at Brock University and began his career in financial services shortly after. He is currently a senior investment planner with RBC Royal Bank. In the past three years, he has made his mark by leading strategic planning initiatives and collaborating within the community. Stephen volunteers with multiple organizations including the Niagara Children’s Centre and United Way.

Zijad is a partner at the law firm of Broderick & Partners LLP. He earned his B.A. in 2004 from Brock University and his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group since his call to the Bar in 2009. Zijad’s work focuses primarily on civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial, contract and insurance matters. He has appeared before all levels of courts and administrative tribunals in Ontario. He served as the treasurer of the Niagara Falls Bar Association and most recently as president of the Welland County Law Association.

Five years ago, after six months of living abroad, Alicia returned home to Niagara with her eyes set on a career in the hospitality industry. In 2011, she accepted a retail position at the Niagara College Teaching Winery, and the Niagara College Teaching Brewery. Over the next two years, Alicia advanced her retail role into the coveted event coordinator position. Alicia’s primary role is to liaison between the customer and retail teams to ensure an excellent hospitality experience.

Bonnie is co-founder and co-creator of the 8 Week Challenge™. With a background in massage therapy and fitness, she expanded her skills at the Stott Pilates Institute in Toronto. Briar is a nutrition and wellness specialist, certified personal trainer, and fitness instructor with more than 20 years of experience. Drawing on diverse expertise in fitness, health and sports nutrition, the two lifelong friends built their first business in the early 2000s—Balance Fitness.

Brent Porter is an award-winning designer who has been producing top-notch creative for more than two decades. He is fueled by his passion for user experience, the psychology of design, and creative direction at the digital agency Form & Affect, where he leads award-winning projects that drive results. Brent lends his expertise to the community by serving on the Marketing Committee for the Niagara Charity Boxing Event. A member of the Society of Graphic Designers of Canada, Brent regularly speaks about the web, digital brand experiences, and design principles.

Chiara J-Megna has served as vice-president of Bayshore Groups for many years. With lifelong experience in a family business, Chiara oversees operations ranging from real estate acquisitions to managing large-scale commercial assets. She also supports several international and local charities and earned the Zonta Award for Young Women in Business in 2010. In 2013, she received the EBW Women of Distinction Award. Chiara is honored to be recognized as one of this year’s 40 Under Forty recipients.

Born and raised in Niagara, Dr. David Janzen is deeply connected to the St. Catharines community. He earned his undergraduate degree from Brock University and completed dental training at Case Western Reserve University, graduating in 2004 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery. As co-owner and partner at Glendale Dental Centre, he is committed to patient care grounded in excellence and compassion. Dr. Janzen also volunteers at a not-for-profit dental clinic downtown that provides free dental care for marginalized individuals.

Gerry Fonzo is the director of business development and client retention with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Football Club. He received his break in sports management during university and quickly advanced his role with the football club. He has demonstrated strong leadership in developing sponsorship strategies, fan engagement initiatives, and community partnerships. Gerry has enhanced the Tiger-Cats’ ticketing experience in recent years and has contributed significantly to the team’s growth. He continues to expand the fan base and elevate the game-day experience at Tim Hortons Field.

Jessica has worked in the hair and beauty industry for more than a decade. A Niagara College graduate, she has since trained with L’Oréal, the Aveda Academy in New York City, and has participated in New York Fashion Week events. Her work has been featured in the New York Times on multiple occasions, as well as numerous wedding and lifestyle blogs. Jessica was a NEYA Award recipient in 2014 and is a proud salon owner. She believes helping clients feel confident in their own skin is the most rewarding part of her work.

Justin began his career at Vineland Estates Winery in 1999 as a kitchen steward while attending Niagara College’s Chef Training program. He quickly progressed, eventually taking on the role of line leader under renowned chef Claudio Aprile. In 2002, Justin attained his Red Seal Certification, and later joined the winery full-time as chef. In 2004, he advanced to chef de cuisine and now serves as executive chef at Vineland Estates Winery. His culinary creativity and leadership have strengthened the winery’s reputation and helped expand relationships with local farmers and producers.

A social entrepreneur and leader in community health, Marty has worked in public health, government, and non-profit organizations, building partnerships that benefit the Niagara region. He is a McMaster University graduate with a degree in kinesiology and a master’s degree focused on business administration. Marty is active in addressing health risks faced by children and youth, serving as chair of United Way’s GenNext and volunteering with Big Brother and Dog Walker at the Humane Society.

Melissa graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts in 2006 and completed her human resources management graduate program in 2007. She earned her CHRP designation in 2014. Melissa is a human resources specialist at FirstOntario Credit Union, contributing to the organization’s HR development, policy creation, and employee engagement. Passionate about community service, Melissa has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters South Niagara, supporting both the agency and local youth.

Ryan was born in St. Catharines and later attended Centennial College in Toronto, earning a diploma in aircraft maintenance. While at college, he developed his passion for music through DJing, eventually performing at festivals and events across North America. After entering the craft beer industry, he founded RAMM Design Labs, collaborating with leading brands to bring unique ideas to life through creative design. RAMM has grown into a full-scale creative agency operating out of a 10,000 sq. ft. space.

A lifelong Niagara resident, Scott grew up in rural Niagara–Beamsville and now lives in St. Catharines. After graduating from Niagara College’s journalism–print program, he quickly found a role in the newspaper industry, starting with The Grimsby Lincoln News, and later Niagara This Week. In 2014, Scott was named group managing editor for Metroland West Niagara Region and Niagara This Week, where he leads a talented editorial team producing 10 editions of the newspaper each week. Scott is also director of the St. Catharines Female Hockey Association and an active member of NEXTNiagara.

After being mentored by a top performer in his industry and gaining almost a decade of experience, Steven opened his own commercial real estate brokerage. His brokerage is growing steadily, helping businesses locate and relocate within the Niagara Region. In addition to his commercial development accomplishments, Steven has also partnered with Davidson Commercial, where he mentors future leaders through Young Property Management Professionals, with the goal of starting more businesses in the region. He is also active with Startup Niagara, supporting entrepreneurs and new initiatives.

Allison began her career at Brand Blvd in 2009 after completing the sales and marketing program at Niagara College. Shortly after starting, she became a sales and marketing assistant before being promoted to account management. Since joining Brand Blvd, Allison has earned a place in Brand Blvd’s “Million Dollar Club.” Outside of work, she is actively involved in the community, participating in multiple organizations including the Wise Guys Charity Golf Tournament and Community Care. She recently graduated from Leadership Niagara.

After completing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Bishop’s University and a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management at Brock University, Bram has spent more than 13 years working in sport management, including amateur sport, professional sport, and sport marketing. As CEO of the Niagara Sport Commission, he leads regional sport development, community engagement, and event promotion. Bram has served with the Niagara Golf Club, the Niagara Falls International Marathon, and the Church of the Transfiguration.

After studying marketing at the University of Guelph and winemaking and viticulture at Niagara College, he became a certified sommelier and gained experience working in wineries locally and abroad. In 2012, Cian co-founded Niagara Oast House Brewers, a craft brewery recognized as one of Ontario’s top breweries. Their products are available at LCBO stores and in more than 300 establishments across the province.

Dawn was born and raised in Niagara. After graduating from Brock University, she earned her Chartered Professional Accountant designation and now serves as senior manager at KPMG. Dawn supports owner-managed businesses and non-profits through accounting, tax and advisory work. She is known for her “yes” attitude when asked to help, and volunteers extensively with Leadership Niagara, the Learning Disabilities Association of Niagara Region, and the Niagara Sustainability Initiative.

Holly is a branch manager with FirstOntario Credit Union on Fourth Avenue in St. Catharines. In addition to leading her team, she oversees financial literacy programs, senior branding and community networking. Holly is an active supporter of Wise Girls, helping young people access opportunities. In her free time, she volunteers with local organizations and enjoys life with her two sons.

As a business advisor with the Ministry of Transportation (MTO), Jessica provides business planning, financial management, human resources, and issues-management support. She began her student placement at MTO and quickly earned recognition for her contributions. Outside of work, Jessica volunteers with several community groups and has participated in major public-health campaigns. She serves on the boards of the Adult Literacy Council of Greater Fort Erie and the Niagara South ProAction Cops & Kids, and is committed to improving local literacy, leadership, and community engagement.

Raised in Niagara Falls, Lauren has a joint honours degree in history and political science from the University of Waterloo, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Ottawa. Lauren practises law at Daniel & Partners LLP in St. Catharines, focusing on civil litigation and family law. She is a Pathfinders Unit Guide for Girl Guides of Canada, a board member of the Lincoln County Law Association, and an elected member of the Provincial Council for the Ontario Bar Association. She also serves as the legal advisor to the Queen Street B.I.A. in Niagara Falls.

Born in Toronto and raised in Grimsby, Meaghan first came to St. Catharines to attend Brock University, graduating in 2009 with an honours degree. In 2011, she began her career in customer service at Brand Blvd. In less than a year, she was promoted to a sales position and soon after to management, where she now leads a team of ten. Meaghan continues to grow and prides herself on providing hands-on support and creative ideas. She is a strong believer that giving back to the community is vital and is an avid volunteer.

Born and raised in St. Catharines, Nick graduated from the Toronto Film School with a degree in digital video and television production. He co-founded Mitchell Reilly Pictures, a Niagara-based video production company known for its dynamic commercial work. Nick’s innovative style has earned more than 3.5 million views on YouTube. His creativity and craftsmanship help clients represent their brands in unique ways.

Sara has worked at Meridian Credit Union for over 18 years as a small business specialist. Previously, she spent 13 years as a commercial account manager. A Brock University business graduate, Sara has served on several boards including the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, Community Care Niagara West, Niagara West Community Foundation, and various fundraising committees. In 2010, she earned “Member of the Year” at the St. Catharines Business Club. Sara currently lives in Lincoln with her husband Ian and daughter Taylor.

Stephanie Schaeffer is a trailblazer in the real estate industry with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
