Ammar has represented Hamilton nationally and helped bring major events to the city, including the JUNOS, Canadian Country Music Awards, and the Grey Cup. Recognized by the Canadian Society of Association Executives with an honorary title in 2017, he also supports local charities such as the Good Shepherd, United Way, YMCA, and the Women’s Centre. Jaclyn is an Ontario Certified Teacher and Forest School Practitioner. She started working with children as a day camp instructor and program facilitator, which led her to pursue her passion to become a teacher. She has a talent for connecting with young minds and engaging students in experiential activities while recognizing the learning opportunities that exist for them in the natural environment. She hopes the Greenbelt Academy and Early Learning Centre will inspire young students to think and investigate more, pushing students to grow on various avenues for learning and inquiry.

In just a few years she is now a creative, public relations and partnerships specialist and runs all media relations for the brand. Mary joined alongside the founder, Peter Mercanti. Bianca has worked federally and provincially, including with the Grantham Research Institute on Climate Change and the Environment. Kris began his leadership journey at 18 in the hospitality sector before moving into the sheet metal trade in 2001, becoming licensed in 2006. He was quickly promoted into management, mentoring tradespeople, project coordinators, and support staff. Over three decades, he has held roles that allowed him to help run a company and chair strategic planning meetings while lobbying on behalf of his local union. Kris has also served as Co-Chair and Canadian Registration Board member for Category B, representing sheet metal workers in the South and Golden Horseshoe regions. A long-time volunteer with organizations such as Children’s Aid, Good Shepherd, Threshold House, and Interval House, he has helped raise over $120,000 for charity. He now works for GSB as a construction safety specialist.

After several successful seasons as Manager of Stadium Events and Operations, he was promoted to Director of Fan Relations, overseeing the Guest Experience team. In this role, he implemented a new customer service philosophy and created an internship program that helped many participants secure full-time roles in the sports and entertainment industry. Mark holds a Bachelor of History with a minor in Legal Studies and Criminology from the University of Windsor, as well as a Bachelor of Education from Nipissing University. She also uses her platform to host global fundraisers that help prevent children’s medical debt.
