Business Link Media Group first established its 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Awards back in 2003, one of Niagara's most prestigious awards.

On May 29th, 2024, 40 more individuals under the age of 40 who make significant positive contributions to the local economy, community, and business ecosystem will be recognized and awarded for their excellence. In addition, all attendees will be provided with valuable networking time and sponsorship opportunities to boost their business and personal profiles.

With its 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Awards program, Business Link Media Group takes great pride in promoting award-winners as role models to their fellow business professionals and to the community at large. Launched in 2004, Niagara 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Awards program has become one of the region’s most anticipated annual events, celebrating young leaders making a difference in their fields and communities.

Over more than two decades, the program has recognized 800+ professionals, each leaving a unique mark on Niagara’s economic, cultural, and social development. From entrepreneurs and executives to educators, healthcare workers, and community advocates, recipients exemplify excellence and leadership.

Introducing our MCs, Jessica Potts and David DiPietro, our alumni hosts with a gift for engaging audiences and creating memorable experiences. With years of experience in events organization, both have honed their skills as a charismatic and professional emcee, ready to bring energy and enthusiasm to our exciting event.

Jessica Potts (Class 2006)

essica Potts is on a mission to revolutionize workplace cultures by developing dream teams who deliver. As the President and driving force behind Inspired Strategy Group Inc., she is known for getting people on the same page to get things done, while having fun.

Her signature Inspired Action Approach leverages people power (engagement) to co-create and propel systems of communication, collaboration, and innovation. She partners with high-growth leaders to build confidently aligned teams that have clear focus, embrace change, and sustain impactful results.

Zach Dadson (Class 2018)

Zach Dadson is a Government Relations professional at Brock University. He also chairs Strive Niagara, a childcare not-for-profit, and actively contributes to Fitzgerald Neighbours, a St. Catharines neighbourhood association. Zach resides in midtown St. Catharines with his partner Melissa and young son Henry
